PLF: Prohibition

CLIENT: Pacific Legal Foundation (PLF)

Pacific Legal Foundation is America's most successful public-interest law firms, suing the government when they abuse their power.

In Prohibition, this short documentary film from the Pacific Legal Foundation, edited by NODEHAUS, Goodwood Brewing Company CEO Ted Mitzlaff and others explain how small businesses have been destroyed by governors’ constantly changing orders during the pandemic. While governors can legitimately exercise their emergency powers during a crisis like Covid-19, their authority is not indefinite—and arbitrary restrictions have a huge cost on small business owners.
